WIENER LINIEN GmbH & Co KG endeavors to make its websites accessible in accordance with the Vienna Anti-Discrimination Act, LGBl. 35/2004 as amended, implementing Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 October 2016 on the accessibility of the websites and mobile applications of public sector bodies (OJ L 327, 2.12.2016, p. 1).

Enforcement procedure
If you do not receive a satisfactory response via the contact option, you may submit a complaint to the body for combating discrimination. The body for combating discrimination accepts complaints electronically via the contact form.
These complaints are examined by the body for combating discrimination to determine whether they relate to violations of the provisions of the Vienna Anti-Discrimination Act, in particular deficiencies in compliance with the accessibility requirements, by the state or the municipality of Vienna or an institution attributable to the state or the municipality of Vienna.
