Please do not wash the cookie cutters at temperatures above 50° C! Remove dough residue with a soft brush and soapy water. Tight corners can be easily cleared of dough residue with a toothpick.
Our cookie cutters are produced using 3D print and biodegradable plastic. The material used is so-called PLA (polylactid), which is made up of ring-shaped enclosed lactic acid molecules. The benefits of the material include the biodegradability on one hand and the optimized food safety on the other hand.
Our cookie cutters are suitable for cookie dough, fondant, fimo and clay.
Dip the cookie cutter in neutral oil (e.g. sunflower seed oil) before using it to make sure no dough gets stuck.
Roll out the dough to 0,5 cm for perfect details and contours.
Make sure the dough is chilled when you use it – we recommend leaving it in the fridge overnight or for several hours.
Do not use a dough that rises in the oven, for example yeast dough.
Only press hard on the stable outer sides of the cookie cutter.
When pressing too hard on the middle part, the joints of the molding elements might break.
