Tickets purchased at this ticket shop are not transferable. The ticket is only valid in combination with an official photo identification*)made out in the name of the passenger.

*)  Proof of identification:

For control purposes are personal data (name) on the ticket.

Withdrawal from contract, return and exchange
Tickets cannot be cancelled, there is no right of withdrawal from contract.

Please note that unused tickets lose their validity.
