Special terms of use

Travel tickets purchased in this Online Ticket Shop are not transferable! Without exception, the ticket is only valid in conjunction with official photo identification in the name of the passenger. 

Personal details such as name, date of birth, student ID number are stated on the ticket for checking purposes. 


Cancellation, Return and Exchange Travel tickets offered as online tickets for users to print out themselves cannot be cancelled, exchanged or bought back. There is no right of cancellation. Please note that unused tickets will expire.
